ABOUT YOUR PHOTOGRAPHER

Hello! First, I want to personally thank you for visiting my page. Let me introduce myself to you. My name is Elizabeth Fontanez, I am the photographer to Elizabeth Marie's Fotography. Well, most people ask me why did I chose to spell Fotography with an "F"? And drum roll...each first letter Elizabeth Marie's Fotography are my initials. So there you have it! Hopefully, that will stick in your head. 

I am a lifelong Indiana Resident, a wife, and mother of 4. My oldest is in college and the youngest is in elementary school.  But, the list goes on.. We have 4 dogs, 1 cat, 1 gecko, and 1 rat. Insane I know. What keeps me sane is following my passion, photography.  

Growing up in a large family and then having a large family, I became the paparazzi. It drove my family insane, but I grew on them. lol. Photography started as an enjoyable hobby. I had a good full time job until one day, I got that call into the office that i was laid off. As anyone would be, I was devastated! My husband kept saying everything happens for a reason. Long story short, he was right and I took the opportunity  to go to school for photography. I didn't think it was even possible, but with faith and a positive attitude, it was. Forever grateful for my husband pushing me to follow my passion. I am a portraiture photographer, and I take pictures of people.

My goal is to freeze and capture moments that become your fondest memory. I want to show you the beauty i see in my lens. So Let's have fun and shoot whether it be in my studio or on location!
